Refund Policy

At KuriSmsVerify, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality SMS verification services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases on our platform.

Due to the instant and digital nature of our services, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that technical issues or service failures may occur, and we are committed to addressing legitimate refund requests fairly and promptly.

1. General Refund Policy

Given that our services are delivered instantly and digitally, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once you have successfully used a virtual number to receive an SMS verification code, that transaction is considered complete and is non-refundable. This is because the service has been rendered, and we cannot recover the cost of the virtual number once it has been assigned to you.

Credits or funds added to your KuriSmsVerify account through cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, and we cannot reverse or cancel payments once they have been processed.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue refunds or account credits in the following circumstances:

Technical Service Failures: If you purchased a virtual number but did not receive the SMS verification code due to a technical issue on our end, and the issue could not be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund or account credit. This includes situations where the virtual number was unavailable, non-functional, or blocked by the service you were trying to verify.

Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges to your account balance or process a cryptocurrency refund if requested within 24 hours of the transaction.

Service Not Delivered: If you paid for a service or credits that were not added to your account due to a system error, and this error is verified by our technical team, we will credit your account or issue a refund.

Wrong Service Purchased: If you accidentally purchased the wrong service or country number and have not used the service, you may request a refund within 10 minutes of purchase. After this timeframe or if the service has been used, no refund will be issued.

Platform-Wide Service Outage: In cases of extended service outages (more than 24 hours) that prevent you from using purchased credits or services, we may issue partial refunds or extend credit validity as compensation.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Third-Party Service Restrictions: If the online platform or service you are trying to verify blocks or does not accept virtual numbers, we cannot issue a refund. We do not guarantee that our virtual numbers will work with all services, as third-party platforms may implement restrictions at any time.

Change of Mind: Once you have successfully received an SMS verification code and the service has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the service.

Expired Credits: If credits expire due to inactivity or as per our credit expiration policy (if applicable), they cannot be refunded or reinstated.

Account Violations: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, any remaining credits or balances are forfeited and non-refundable.

Delayed SMS Delivery: Some SMS messages may be delayed by the sender's service provider. If you received the SMS code but it arrived later than expected, this does not qualify for a refund as the service was successfully delivered.

4. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds

All payments on KuriSmsVerify are currently processed through cryptocurrency transactions. Due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain network.

In cases where a refund is approved, we will credit the equivalent amount to your KuriSmsVerify account balance as the default refund method. This credited amount can be used for future services on our platform.

If you prefer to receive a cryptocurrency refund to your wallet instead of an account credit, you may request this option. However, please note:

- Cryptocurrency refunds may take 3-7 business days to process after approval
- Network transaction fees (gas fees) will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds will be sent in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment
- You must provide a valid wallet address for the refund; we are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses
- Cryptocurrency refund amounts will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of refund processing, which may differ from the rate at the time of purchase

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Timeframe

6. Account Credits vs. Cryptocurrency Refunds

When a refund is approved, you will have two options:

Account Credit (Recommended): The refund amount is instantly added to your KuriSmsVerify account balance and can be used immediately for any services on our platform. This is the fastest and most efficient refund method with no transaction fees deducted.

Cryptocurrency Refund: The refund amount is sent back to your cryptocurrency wallet. This option takes longer to process (3-7 business days), incurs blockchain network fees, and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations. This option is available for eligible refunds upon request.

We recommend choosing account credit for faster processing and to avoid unnecessary fees, especially if you plan to use our services again in the future.

7. Partial Refunds and Credits

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds or account credits as a compromise solution. This may occur when:

- You experienced service delays but eventually received the SMS code
- There were temporary technical issues that were later resolved
- The issue was partially caused by factors outside our control
- As a goodwill gesture for customer satisfaction

The amount of partial refund or credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the severity of the issue and its impact on your experience.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, traditional chargebacks are not applicable. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and cannot be reversed through payment processors or banks.
